Common questions.

Is there a resort fee?

Yes — a $45 per room, per night resort fee covers valet and self-parking, Wi-Fi, the fitness center and daily classes, pool amenities, turndown service, the business center, local calls, spa and dining discounts, and the theme-park shuttle. It's charged at check-out.

How much is parking?

Both valet and self-parking are complimentary for hotel guests, included in the resort fee.

Can I use the pool, gym or courts if I'm not staying here?

The pool, fitness center and tennis courts are complimentary for guests staying with us. If you live locally, the Serenity Oasis Spa and our restaurants and bar welcome non-resident guests — see the Spa and Dining pages.

Is there an airport shuttle?

No — the hotel does not run an airport shuttle. The concierge can arrange private car service to and from the airport on request.

Are pets welcome?

Yes — pet-friendly rooms are available for a $30 per pet, per night fee, and pets are welcome in the garden and outdoor areas. They're not permitted in the dining venues.
