The details that keep every stay seamless.

At The Zen Pacific Orlando, the comfort, privacy and wellbeing of our guests come first. We kindly ask all guests to observe the policies below to ensure a seamless and harmonious stay.

Property

Smoking

  • The Zen Pacific is a non-smoking property, including all guest rooms and indoor spaces.
  • A $1,000 deep-cleaning fee applies if smoking occurs in a guest room.

Pets

  • Up to two pets per room, each a maximum of 25 lbs, at $30 per pet, per night.
  • Three pet-friendly room types are available, with a plush bed, bowls and treats provided.
  • Service animals are welcome throughout the hotel at no charge.
  • Please use the Do Not Disturb sign when a pet is unattended in the room; pet waste stations are located throughout the grounds.

Resort fee

  • A resort fee of $45 per room, per night covers valet parking, hotel-wide Wi-Fi, the 24-hour fitness center and daily classes, pool amenities and towels, turndown service, the business center, local calls, the theme-park shuttle, and in-room coffee and tea.
  • Charged at check-out, separate from the room reservation; it cannot be paid with loyalty points.

Parking

  • Complimentary valet at the porte-cochère, and self-parking in the covered garage with room-key access.
  • EV charging stations are available first-come, first-served. Garage clearance is 7 feet — please contact the front desk for oversized vehicles.

Wi-Fi

  • Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. Network: Zenpacific-Guest — no password; simply accept the terms on the splash page.

  • A valid credit card is required at check-in to cover room charges, the resort fee, and incidentals.
  • Spa, dining and other services may be charged to your room and settled at check-out.

Cancellation

  • Cancellation terms vary by rate and season and are confirmed at the time of booking. Please refer to your reservation confirmation.

Dining

Reservations

  • The Artisan is reservation-only; the concierge will arrange your table. The Terrace recommends reservations for dinner, while the Lounge, Patisserie and Poolside Grill welcome walk-ins.

Dress code

  • Smart casual to formal at The Artisan; smart casual at The Terrace and the Lounge; resort casual, swimwear welcome, at the Poolside Grill.

In-room dining

  • Available 24 hours; a service charge applies.

Spa & Salon

Services & ages

  • Treatments are for guests aged 18 and over. A basic facial is available to ages 16 and 17 when accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Booking & cancellation

  • Please arrive 30 minutes before your treatment. Twenty-four hours' notice is required to cancel; late cancellations are charged 50%.
  • Same-day bookings are subject to availability; 48–72 hours ahead is recommended for preferred times. Gratuity of 18–20% is customary.

Pool

  • The lagoon pool is open 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM, heated to 84°F, with a lifeguard on duty. Complimentary towels and a sunscreen station are provided.

Fitness center

  • Open 24 hours to hotel guests, ages 16 and over.

Events & Weddings

Planning

  • Conferences, weddings and celebrations are arranged through our events and wedding teams — submit a request to begin a proposal.
  • Room blocks, catering and audiovisual are tailored to each event; rates are confirmed during planning.
