Two-night minimum stay at one of our wellness suites; 3-day advance purchase, non-refundable.
Sessions are daily and by appointment, subject to availability.
Cannot be combined with any other offer.
Plus applicable taxes and resort fee.

Before you book.

Do I need to be staying at the hotel?

No — the spa and salon are open to non-staying local guests. Book a treatment, a salon appointment, or a full spa day.

Is the pool part of the spa?

No — the lagoon pool is a separate hotel amenity, not part of the spa's hydrotherapy circuit.

Booking & arrival

Arrive 30 minutes before your treatment. Same-day bookings are subject to availability; 48–72 hours ahead is recommended for preferred times.

Cancellations

24 hours' notice is required; late cancellations are charged 50%.

Ages

Treatments are for ages 18+, with the exception of a basic facial for ages 16+ accompanied by a parent.

Health & comfort

Please share any health conditions, allergies, or pregnancy when booking — pregnancy modifications are available with notice.

Payment & gratuity

Treatments can be charged to your room. Gratuity of 18–20% is customary.
